Our Cancellation and Refund Policy
Returns available upon receipt of the original, non- defective merchandise in original packaging and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
100% refunds available for defective items only and must be returned in/with original packaging within 24 hours of receipt of package, I must also be notified immediately of problem via email of any problem.
Exchanges available only on defective items, which must be returned in the original packaging prior to the shipment of the exchange, within 24 hours of receipt of package, I must be notified within 24 hrs of your receipt of package and notified via email of any problem.
Cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the receipt of the order to receive a 100% refund and avoid a restocking fee.
Stow Creek Designs ships via USPS and is charged based on the weight of the package and distance shipped.
