Our Cancellation and Refund Policy
Returns available upon receipt of the original, non- defective merchandise in original packaging and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 
100% refunds available for defective items only.
Exchanges available only on defective items, which must be returned in the original packaging prior to the shipment of the exchange.
Cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the receipt of the order to receive a 100% refund and avoid a restocking fee.

All Satin "Scarlett Beds" are 100% Machine Washable and Dryable.  We recommend Delicate cold water wash and low heat dry.

  We have had so many requests for different colored linings, we decided to add this to our line.  After careful searches and testing of the colored satins I have finally found one that is up to Stow Creek Designs Standards of quality. Remember our Satin "Scarlett" Beds will not break the delicate show coats.

All "Scarlett"  Beds are shippied via US Postal Service, Priority Mail, including our International orders.

All Beds are custom made at the time of order.  Please allow 7 to 10 days for completion of your Custom "Scarlett"  Bed.
